What we collect and why

We don't see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Our calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into them is saved or sent to us.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the site, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and email forwarding
- Formspree: contact form messages
- Stripe: payment processing
- Our email provider: marketing emails
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 2 years after our last reply
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
- Order and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To use any of these rights, email contact@personalfinanceservices.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, but please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
