Everything on this site, including our guides, tools and challenges, is general information and education. It is not regulated financial advice and doesn't take your personal circumstances into account. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to give financial advice. What we sell
We sell digital challenge kits. Each kit includes a PDF, a spreadsheet and a calendar file, as described on the product page. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.
Buying and delivery
After you pay, you're taken straight to a download page for your kit, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Bookmark the download page; if you lose it, email us and we'll send you the link. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your contract with us starts when your payment is confirmed.
Your right to cancel
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you'd lose the right to cancel. We'll ask you to confirm this at checkout.
If a file is faulty, doesn't open or isn't as described, contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected, and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
How you can use our content
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the kit for yourself and your household. You may print it and fill it in as often as you like. You may not share, resell, upload or republish it.
All content on the site belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright.
Our tools
Our calculators give illustrations based on the figures you enter and the assumptions shown. They are not forecasts or guarantees, and don't include tax, fees or inflation unless stated.
Links to other websites
We may link to other websites, such as free debt advice services. We're not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, but rules and figures change. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our general information. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
